My stay at Hotel Ak International was quite disappointing. The service was notably unprofessional, especially at check-in where they gave away my reserved room. The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, as the first room I received had poor lighting and wasn't clean. The only redeeming quality was the restaurant, which provided decent food.
